TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VALHALLA RESORT KUMRAT
* Weekday Rate applies on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
* Weekend Rate applies on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS:
a. Reservations can be made without a deposit, but a 50% deposit is required to secure confirmation after reservation and
full payment is required at check-in.
NOTE: Upon receiving reservation of booking, the guest is requested to immediately contact our staff on (+92 305 900 4444 or

b. Guests may also make advance bookings with 50% deposit, but payment will be required at the time of check-in.
c. All bookings are subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS:
a. Any cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations made between 15-30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
c. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date will not receive a refund.
d. No-shows will not receive a refund.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
a. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
b. Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
c. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional charge.
SMOKING AND DRUGS:
a. Smoking is allowed in some of our rooms and in public areas of the resort, but not in all areas.
b. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on resort premises.
c. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
PETS:
a. Pets are welcomed on our resort premises.
b. However, guests must take full responsibility for their pets and ensure that they do not cause any damage or disturbance to other guests.
DAMAGES:
a. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the resort premises, including but not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
b. The resort reserves the right to charge guests for any damages incurred during their stay.
CONDUCT:
a. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests and resort staff.
b. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or offensive may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
LIABILITY:
a. The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of guests.
b. The resort is not liable for any injury or harm caused to guests during their stay.
AMENDMENTS:
a. The resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the resort's website.
By making a reservation, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
